Help visiting Facial Palsy Specialist in Melbourne

Hi guys, my name is Anita and i received a horrid and extremely painful bout of Bels Palsy/Ramsay Hunt (not sure which) in January 2019. My case was very severe and lasted many many months which has caused sykenisis, permanent nerve damage, strain in my face, neck, jaw and shoulder and intermittent pain in all the above areas. I'm hoping to attend the new Facial Palsy Specialist (from all my research is the only one is Australia) for a consult. With your help I would like to see if they can give me any solutions.
