Hello! For those of you who may not know me, my name is Ethan Nethercot, and I've been studying Spanish since I could remember (literally). After many years of full immersion, half immersion and college-level Spanish classes, I'm getting ready to embark on a study abroad trip to Costa Rica. Not only will this boost my language skills through conversations and classes with native speakers, but it will also enrich me culturally, which I'm looking forward to more than words can express. I'll have many opportunities to interact with Costa Ricans and their beautiful country, and to learn about it's history and culture. Overall, I'm hoping this will make me a more well-rounded and worldly individual, with a better understanding of cultures that aren't my own.
