Mr Joey's surgery

This is our precious Mr. Joey. Yesterday he became paralyzed due to intervertebral disc disease (many wiener dogs develop this because of the shape of their body). The progression has caused paralysis of hind legs, bowel movement, and bladder. 

We thought that surgery wasn't an option due to success rates and costs. After more research, we have to the conclusion that surgery DOES have a chance.
