Help me reach a life goal and dream of driving

Hi, my name is Jennifer Moniger. I am in my mid twenties. I have Muscular Dystrophy and I am in a wheelchair. I am trying to fill my dream of driving. I have always wanted to drive. This became a bigger dream of mine when I was at my besties house and her dad let and helped me drive their tractor over to their green house. Driving for me not only means freedom like it does for everyone, but it means I can have my independence as a disabled person. As right now I have to rely on someone for every time I need or want to go anywhere, but with your help that could change. I just completed my driving training and pass the BMV driving test! I have my license!! I’m always excited! But now that I have finished all this training I had to do, I need to get a car that I can drive. Because I am disabled I will need a special vehicle. This vehicle comes at a big price. Insurance will not help with this big price of the vehicle. I would really appreciate any kind of help, even if it's a dollar!!
