<div>Hi lovely people :) my name is Evelyn and I am desperate to raise funds for a full hysterectomy. I have endometriosis, which has attacked my organs and left me in crippling pain. It took fifteen years for me to get a diagnosis, and by that time, the damage was already done. The pain is not just limited to my periods either. I am in pain <strong>every day</strong>. This has resulted in me being in and out of hospital regularly, because sometimes simple opiods at home just don't cut it. I also struggle to go to the toilet without help, because my endometriosis has caused blockages in my body. It is a life sentence, and one that can only be stopped by a hysterectomy. Sadly, I have been on the waiting list for this procedure for over a year now, and see no end in sight. I am tired of being in agony.

<div>Endometriosis is not just debilitating physically. It has a huge effect on my mental health too. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and this has only worsened alongside my physical deterioration. I have accepted that I cannot have children, but I just want to live like a normal 36 year old woman now. I don't want my body to be constantly under siege by this disease.

The recovery in itself is quite horrendous. Sadly, I have tried all other treatments (laparoscopic ablation surgeries, hormones, etc), but nothing has worked. This hysterectomy is my last chance.
