Help For Stephanie’s Children and Family

Stephanie Gerardi grew up in Saugus, MA with her loving family and friends. Stephanie’s beloved parents Anita and Iggy passed away in 2014 & 2017. Since this passing Stephanie’s sisters and brother have cared for her in every way possible. Stephanie was a gentle, caring and devoted soul. She would do anything for anyone. After high school Stephanie started to suffer with mental illness, but her family never lost hope. She gave birth to two beautiful children; Sky and Cial Gerardi ages 7and 8 who became her world. Her family never gave up on her and always ensured she received the help she needed. Stephanie’s illness was progressing and she was in need of help Saturday night on August 14th, 2021. Her loving sister reached out to the Saugus police department to help Stephanie gain the help she was in need of. This is not the first time the police were called on to help Stephanie. They were familiar with her illness and instead of helping Stephanie or ensuring she was placed in a facility that could help her, a police officer shot her three times to death in her home in front of her traumatized family. The family was then told to leave their home and provided them with no help or resources. This family has endured beyond the imaginable pain one should ever endure in a life time. Please help give this family the love and support they need to get through this treacherous, heartbreaking, unforgiving time. How much can one family take? They need all of us right now.
