neurolysis surgery for eyesight

on my way traveling  for my annual physical, my right eye began watering and I had great difficulty seeing the freeway.  I knew  what I was experiencing might be bell's palsy and I would see my doctor in a fews days. when I
saw my doctor she ordered a visit to a neurologist who specilized in bells palsy and an MRI to rule out a stroke. the neurologist confirmed bell's palsy. since the diagnosis i have seen a physical therapist who  prescribed facial exercises, I performed them with no improvement. I now need to have surgery to improve impairment to my right eye from bells palsy virs infection in September 2016.  Medical benefits  only cover part of the costs and I must pay the rest of the costs in April, 2018.  In order to be able to perform my job, this surgery is  essential. I'm only able to see through my right eye until around lunchtime daily, when I go home to treat my right eye and work remotely the remainder of the work day with great impairment spending more hours in the work day than I would with an unimpaired right eye.
