MCSS Skills Acquisition Centre

This is intended to raise money to build a multipurpose facility at Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School (MCSS) in Lagos, Nigeria for the purpose of learning and acquiring the right skills, early in life, required to face the challenges of developing country like Nigeria. The multipurpose facility comprise of classrooms, laboratories, workshops and learning materials necessary for entrenchment of knowledge and development of technical skills required to facilitate the speedy development of Nigeria. MCSS is the citadel of secondary school learning in Lagos State and indeed Nigeria. The multipurpose facility (i.e. skill acquisition center) is meant to take secondary school education to the next level and cause a paradigm change in the educational system in Nigeria with a lot of focus on technical and entrepreneurial skills. This is intended to contribute to broad based wealth creation through actualization of innovative ideas in enterprise building and multiplier jobs creation.

The target is to complete this project by December 31, 2018 and put it to use from January 27, 2019.
