Hi everyone, I’m starting this GoFundMe in an effort to help my family relieve some of the damages following this horrific event. If you know my parents, you know that they are not people to ask for help, but we‘ve lost two, maybe three vehicles, our home, and most, if not all, of our possessions. After visiting the house, my parents have learned that the flood has filled our basement to the ceiling and our first floor has retained 4 to 5 inches of water.  My mom has lost her entire workshop, heat press, and both embroidery machines. My parents have lost computers, wedding photos, childhood memorabilia, etc. My brother has lost thousands of dollars worth of gaming equipment, clothing, and books. My sister and I have lost books, childhood items, etc. I am headed to SDSU as a freshman in the fall and have lost everything previously purchased for my dorm room. Alongside this, I have lost everything from high school, all of my awards, achievements and memories. My family and I have lost all of our clothing and shoes and are fortunate enough to be currently staying with family friends. We are not naïve enough to think that we have it the worst, but we are in a dire situation, having lost everything from the basement and a majority of the upstairs, including appliances. Any help that can be given would be immensely appreciated. Thank you so much for your support, it means more than you know ❤️
