Duncan has worked incredibly hard over the last several years to build a successful construction business.  Because of the growth and success along with Duncan’s love for his family, Abbie was able to go part-time at her current job in order to spend more time with their daughter, Autumn.

On 9/11/2018, their world was turned upside down after Abbie received a call from Duncan explaining that he had fallen.  On a job site, Duncan fell off a roof only to have his fall broken by a lower roof.  Emergency personnel removed him from the roof and transported him to the hospital where he has remained.  Miraculously, his neck, back, and head were not injured.  However, both of his ankles sustained significant injuries that doctors say will take anywhere from six months to one year for recovery.  Since his admission into the hospital, he has undergone three surgeries to repair the damage.  At least one more surgery is necessary and will be performed as soon as the massive swelling reduces before Duncan can be on the road to recovery. 

Much is unknown regarding what his recovery will need to look like.  During this time the family is going to be stretched incredibly thin especially as it pertains to their income and time.  His company is still operating but only at a capacity so his employees do not lose their income.  

This account has been created in an effort to ease their financial burdens with the hopes that the family can focus 100% of their time on helping Duncan heal and return home to his family and resume work.  Duncan and Abbie would do anything for those that they love.  If you are looking for a way to help them during this trying time, please consider contributing what you can and sharing with your friends and family.  Every little bit helps!!!
