Mclean family loses home just before Christmas

My husband and I moved to Florida as part of our retirement plan in 2016. We purchased a modest home, using our entire life savings for down payment and moving expenses.
Unfortunately, the company we purchase the house from was unlicensed, and used predatory lending tactics against us. After two years of court battles, the court ruled in favor of the predator, and we lost our home along with all of the money we invested.
The auction of our home was on December 17 2020, and we have a very limited time to move.
My husband is a disabled senior, and this ordeal has damaged him even further. We have no friends or family in the area to help, and with the COVID pandemic ongoing, charitable resources are non-existent.
We need funds immediately to hire a mover to pack our belongings and put them in storage. We do not know where we will go to live after that, but we are taking one step at a time.
Much of the funding we hope to receive will go toward filing an appeal with the court, and partially funding our attorney. I don't feel optimistic about our chances in court, as so far they have ignored mountains of evidence in our favor.
Right now we feel that there is little hope. The only thing keeping my husband going is his beautiful cat Merlin, he is a lifesaver. We have never asked anyone for anything before, and this is extremely difficult for us to do, but life has left us with very little choice.
