My Color is Love (MCIL) mission is to Ignite Unity, Inspire Creativity and Impact the world. Everything we do is to beautify the world with the amazing color of Love. Together we are realizing this mission.
For the month of February we have been engaged in the MCIL28Acts where we have challenged individuals all over the world to commit to at least one kind act a week or to see how close to 28 acts that could be done. Well, the month is almost gone and everyone has been amazing in spreading love and kindness all around.
On the last day of this campaign, we would like to go out with a bang. Therefore this Saturday, February 28th at 6:00 pm we will be hosting the "MCIL Bowl" Flag Football Charity Event! We have selected the Center for Success - Pontiac to be the recipient of the net proceeds from this event.
The Center for Success – Pontiac is focused on establishing relationships with children throughout Pontiac and to empower them to become all they can be. They focus on homework help, tutoring and after school programs. Here is a link to their website: http://www. cfspontiac.org. We’ve included a video to provide you a look into the impact that the Center for Success Pontiac is making. You too can be a part of making a difference.
Please join us at the My Color is Love Bowl Flag Football event. The MCIL Bowl will be a co-ed 7 on 7 competition. Four teams will be assembled and play each other. The winners from the first scrimmage will play each other for the MCIL Bowl Championship.
