MCDC security fund

After receiving a death threat the week before sometime in the late/wee hours of January 19 – 20, 2021 the headquarters of MCDC were pierced by bullets.  Blessedly no one was in the office at the time of the shooting. As many of you know during elections the wee hours are not always a quiet time for MCDC.  MCDC does not own the building but we need to not only protect those who work there but protect those who are there to support the party on different occasions.  You maybe???

Many are stepping up already. Now I am asking you to step up. We need a bullet proof panel installed in the front window (thick enough to take a major hit), other security items, and generally a need to make sure that office is safe for all. The cost is between $10,000 and $20,000 to complete all the items needed.  The great part is it will all be moveable should we ever change offices. Ask yourself what a life is worth?

PLEASE NOTE: due to legal issues/campaign finance I have to withdraw the money MCDC cannot.  No issue - I am bonded to $100k, will provide a full accounting of the money (gofundme does that), and will keep you informed of all purchases and prices. We're Dems we can pivot on a dime when we need to.
