McClary Family Harvey Relief

Like one third of the homes in our community, Jimmy and Brooke McClary lost the first floor of their home and its contents when Harvey unleashed around 54 inches of rain in Friendswood, TX. Because their home was not in a flood zone and was never expected to flood, they do not have flood insurance.
Jimmy works hard supporting his family with Southwest Airlines, and Brooke works multiple jobs from home to care for their beautiful daughters. In addition, Brooke is an unparalleled volunteer in our town. She has never heard of a need in the community that she hasn't worked to fulfill. From acting as "cookie mom" for our Daisy Troop, fundraising for our schools, serving as room mom (for 2 classes!), to organizing special events for both girls' schools, Brooke has a servant's heart.
Like many who serve, asking for help is contrary to Jimmy and Brooke's nature. As the Herculean task of repairing their home begins to become a reality, I have finally convinced Brooke to let us set up this page for them. Truly, any assistance is appreciated.
