MCCi Cares - Disaster Recovery

As many of us have spent the weekend recovering from Hurricane Michael we can’t help but think of those communities around us who were much less fortunate. Quincy, Marianna, Sneads, Apalachicola, Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Panama City, and several other communities to the west of Tallahassee that has suffered significantly. These communities are home to the families of several of our team members. Bonnie’s family resides in the Panama City area which has been absolutely devastated; Michael Winder’s family in Marianna is living by generator for the time being….and we are learning of more as the day goes on.

For those who have asked how they can help, we have set-up a GoFundMe page and will be taking up collections for supplies. Our goal is to positively impact our MCCi team members and their families who have been significantly impacted and need necessities. These areas are in need of gas, extension cords, sanitation wipes, dog food, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, and other necessities.

More than anything we are happy that our team is safe, and we understand that it can be difficult to refocus and find normalcy, but we are working through it each day – together.
