Kevin McCarthy is a seditious traitor. His four years of enabling Donald Trump and stoking conspiracies among supporters culminated in an attempted coup, which left five people dead at our nation's Capitol. In the midnight hours following the insurrection, Minority Leader McCarthy led 121 Republican House members in an attempt to block the certification of the presidential election in order to keep Donald Trump in power.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to oppose Kevin McCarthy. The consensus from donors and Indivisible members is that we erect a billboard in Bakersfield, so we will move forward with that. Funds, if any, raised above the amount needed for the billboard will be used in further efforts to oppose McCarthy through a variety of means which may include, but are not limited to billboards, mailers and online advertising.
By donating to this fundraiser, you agree that your contribution is being made from your own funds, and not those of another; this contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank; you are not a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the United States; your contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor (does not apply to personal contributions by subcontractors, employees, partners, shareholders or officers of federal contractors); and your contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which you have legal obligation to pay, and is made neither on a corporate or business entity card nor on the card of another.
