Used Car for Work and School

For the past 5 years I have been driving a car that is older than me, a 1995 Lincoln Town car.  It was a gift from my best friend's late grandfather, and I have done everything I could to keep it maintained. Sadly, I am a college student with no support from parents or any relatives.
Last night, on my way home from my second job, my car broke down as I was pulling into my driveway. When I looked to see the damage, I realized that my ball joint had given out and my axle was laying on the ground. My car is currently stuck in the driveway, leaving me no way to get to work or school.
Everyone that knows me knows I hate asking for help, but I can't avoid it anymore.  I need a car, and I don't care if it's used. Any help is greatly appreciated.
