MBK Kids Christmas Fundraiser

At My Boy's Koi we feel strongly about community, every year we aim to raise funds to help towards children and families having the best Christmas they can.

Last year we donated toys, games, toiletries and clothes, raised and donated by our customers, to Clifford Holroyde Specialist SEN College and to Mab Lane Primary.

This year we aim to raise £4000 towards giving the children and families at YKids Liverpool and Clifford Holroyde Specialist SEN College a Christmas to remember.

Ykids works to improve the lives and futures of children, young people and their families living in some of the UK’s most deprived areas.

While our heart and soul are in our local community of Bootle, we actively work across the Merseyside region; providing innovative mentoring programmes, school and literacy projects, sports & arts initiatives, large community events, parent groups and support, a community pantry and 10 weekly clubs ranging from theatre and the arts, to life skills and sport.

Clifford Holroyde is a specialist SEN College that provides a caring environment where students are supported to achieve their potential.

Staff and pupils work together with support from families and carers to make progress and develop necessary life skills. Ofsted commented upon this during their latest inspection: ‘One of the most striking things about Clifford Holroyde is the total commitment of every member of staff to improving the life chances of boys in the school’.
