We are a mosque in Stockton. We currently rent a 1700 sq foot space in an office complex. Over 4 years ago, an arsonist had burned down our mosque. The owner of the building rebuilt our space and we've been in it ever since. Our congregation has expanded and we've outgrown our space. We are also having an issue with parking on Fridays. Now for the solution :)
We just signed a contract to purchase a local church. The price is $895,000. It is just 1 block off Highway 5 in central Stockton. It has 3 buildings that total over 12,500 sq feet and sits on over 2 acres of land. It has local use permits for church/temple and also for childcare. This is an unbeliveable opportunity for us to be able to expand and provide services for the local community.
