Mayor of Lewisham's Foodbank Appeal

Having spent the last 16 months responding to the pandemic we are continuing to raise vital funds so the Foodbank can meet the changing demands of people who are in need. Those who are still unemployed, those who have built up a debt over the past year or those who have housing issues.

I am Sheena Starrett, the new Project Manager of Lewisham Foodbank following the retirement of Carol Bostridge. I live in Lewisham and have been involved as a volunteer and then admin support for the last 3 years.

All donations given via this campaign will be used by Lewisham Foodbank to either purchase food for those referred to us or to enhance the service we offer at our Centres (eg benefits, housing and employment support).

All donations will be given directly to Lewisham Foodbank which is part of a registered charity (Transform Network) and their trustees will oversee the spending of the money and produce clear accounts.
