Help Mayor Concert buy 700 or more New Kids books

We are slowly making it happen...With Reading across America week I am on a mission to buy a minimum of 500 More new books to distribute to Kids on the Westside by the end of this month. I know. I we most likely won't hit this goal but I needed to set one and reach for the stars, If we end up going. Under or over. Every book matters!
Over the last few months I have been able to purchase over 500 New books using funds from the Aluminum can collection I hold daily behind borough building . I am currently in the process of purchasing hundreds more New books with the funds from my Chili Sale and Spaghetti Dinner I held recently.
I decided to try the Go Fund me for this week to be able to purchase many more.. So many people asking how they can help. I try to keep each book I purchase at 5 dollars or under.
This week bookbags and a new book. Was given to all the Kindergarten and first grade students at Dana Street Elementary in Forty Fort.
I know times are tough and money is tight but if you can help I will appreciate it so much. If you donate for one book or several we. Thank You. If you have. Contributed in any way Thank You.
If anyone wants to see reciepts for books purchased I'm willing to show them.
