Jennifer David, Mayo Clinic or bust

My wife has dealt with a complicated and extensive medical history. She has agreed for one last attempt at finding answers and receiving treatment. We have a referral to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville Florida. The first of her appts begins September 11th and should last 3 days. Return trips depend on the results of the first round of testing. We need help with hotel, food, and living expenses while we are at the Mayo Clinic. Thank you
