Maya Elise Memorial Fund

Maya Elise, a beautiful sister, daughter, cousin, niece and friend let very few in, but for those lucky few who she was able to open up to, knew she was sweet, caring, funny and kind. She was just 18 years old, gone way too soon. Maya struggled with depression for many years, now she is at peace, and a celebration of life will help her loved ones get the peace they so desperately need. Suicide is a very sensitive topic and so many lights have gone off due to it. We are all in disbelief.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem and the person who completes suicide only dies once, while those who care for them die a thousand deaths dealing with the agony and pain left behind.

Please keep Maya’s family and loved ones in your prayers as strength and peace is the only thing that truly matters right now. Nobody is ever prepared to go through this, and we would like to honor Maya with a celebration of life that she so deserves.
