May the force be with Kylo

As if times couldn't be scary enough for the world, my poor baby, Kylo Ren, has fallen very sick.
I left for norcal 2 weeks ago & the entire time I was gone he was barely eating, barely moving from his bed on the couch, & eventually began hiding under the couch & was impossible to get out. When I got home, I was able to get him to eat but he still would not come out from under the couch or bed & won't move throughout the day.
I took him to the vet yesterday & explained all of this. They gave him blood tests & took a urine sample, but all tests came back negative for anything wrong. They gave him an appetite stimulant & fluids & let me take him home, urging me to keep an eye on him & if he doesn’t improve to bring him back in for an ultrasound of his abdomen. Since I brought him home last night, he's still very hesitant to eat & won’t move from his bed on the couch.
After calling what seemed like 20 vets in San Diego, they all urged me to bring him in for an ultrasound, believing there might be something blocked up in his stomach, possibly from eating something off of his toys or one of the many hair ties he loves throwing around the house.
Unfortunately, the price of just the ultrasound ranges from $500-$600, and that's not including the possible surgery he might need if there is something wrong. I lost my job due to COVID-19 and have been living off unemployment and my savings. Kylo's vet visit yesterday was $400 alone and that wiped out the majority of my bank account.
Considering the state of the world right now, it seems almost embarrassing to be asking for help, but Kylo is not only my best friend but my emotional support animal for my severe anxiety and depression. I wouldn't be asking for help if it wasn't absolutely important. For as much happiness and comfort Kylo brings me, I want to provide him with the same luxury.
