Maxton's Fight

Donation protected
The Prills have a challenging road ahead of them and we want to make sure they do not have to worry about finances and can fully concentrate on getting Max well again. Thank you for stopping by and keeping Max and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

If you are not familiar with Maxton's story, please read the post from the Eric and Robin below:
There is a detailed story leading up to the diagnosis of November 13, 2013, but that is really inconsequential. In the end, over a 24 hour period we went from having a little boy with an inconsistent fever and a little cut on his finger to a little boy receiving his first chemotherapy treatment after being diagnosed with leukemia.

For those familiar with the disease, Max has B precursor Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (pre-B cell ALL). While we were absolutely devastated on Wednesday, there was optimism today with the full diagnosis. Of all the types of cancer, pre-B cell Leukemia in children under 5 has very high survival rates. We absolutely believe Max will beat this, but it will be a tough road ahead of us.

After the initial chemo to both his bloodstream and his spinal cord Wednesday, and Thursday, 11/14 was the first of a 29-day program. It will not be easy for him or for us, but we know we have an incredible support network all over the place and that is of great comfort and help.
