Hi Guys, So I’m starting a 90 day challenge  yes 3 months of cold water exposure. In this current state of the world, mental health is more important than ever before, there are so many people struggling with all types of mental health I for one have struggled particularly bad the last year or so.

Taking on such a challenge I believe the benefits to my state of mind after will have changed for the good dramatically. I will be documenting my journey everyday along the way. I will be doing 3 separate Charitys through out the next 90days each one very close to my heart. I don’t just hope to raise a few pennies for charity the most rewarding part of all this will obviously be to take control of my mental health and hopefully help others along the way to anyone that is interested in joining me on Some days of this challenge are more than welcome. There’s always someone to talk to stay safe guys. Cheers. Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Mental Health UK and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
