<div>As many of you know, our beloved Sydney sister Maxi Shield has been unwell and was in hospital overseas.

<div>She’s returned to Australia for more tests and we now have the heartbreaking confirmation that Maxi has been diagnosed with cancer and will be starting an intensive 2-month treatment plan (including radiotherapy and chemotherapy).
</div>

</div>
<div>This is a huge and frightening journey for her, and while Maxi is a tough chook, the road ahead will mean she is unable to work and will face a long recovery.
</div>

</div>
<div>Maxi has brought us joy, laughter, and love for so many years — now we want to rally around her. 
</div>

</div>
