<div>Hi, I am Agnes and I am fundraising for my middle son Matyi, who had a very serious accident in June this year.

<div>As a few of you might already know, our family life changed massively in June. Our middle son Matyi (15) had a very serious accident and broke his spine caused by a 5-6 m fall.
</div>
<div>We visited a castle ruin in Wales where, unaware of the danger, he walked through a gap in the wall backwards. We had been transported to Alder hey Hospital by the Wales Air Ambulance Service and he had an emergency surgery within 6 hours. The surgery was about 7 hours long and after that we spent 5 months in hospital.
</div>
<div>His injury was serious enough that he lost movement and feeling in his legs.
</div>
<div>Thanks to his positive mindset and determination his feelings are coming back and he started to lift his knees. He does everything in his power to stand up and walk again.
</div>
<div>He is currently using a wheelchair and we are on several NHS waiting lists. ( light weight wheelchair, NHS physiotherapy, standing frame) However we would like to take him to private physiotherapy sessions and purchase some important specific equipment to enable his fullest recovery as soon as possible.
</div>
<div>According to neuroscientists and physiotherapists, he needs an electric deep muscle stimulator ( FES Denervated Muscle, Complete System Stimulette Edition5 S2x ), therapy pool sessions and at least 6 hours physiotherapy per week.
</div>

<div>As you can imagine it costs an arm and a leg.

<div>Mint már sokan tudjátok, júniusban a világunk kifordult négy sarkából, amikor középső fiunk Matyi (15) súlyos balesetet szenvedett. Egy közel 6 méteres zuhanás következtében eltört a gerince és deréktól lefelé lebénult. A balesetet követően a walesi mentősök helikopterrel szállítottak minket a liverpooli gyerekkórházba, ahol azonnal megműtötték. A 7 órás műtét után 5 teljes hónapot töltöttünk kórházban.

<div>Jelenleg itthon várja, hogy az NHS várólistáin sorra kerüljön.
</div>
<div>Matyi életkedve remek, elszántsága és erőfeszítése töretlen, mindent megtesz a teljes gyógyulásért.
</div>
<div>Mivel az idő ellenünk dolgozik, szeretnénk minél hamarabb a lehető legszakszerűbb segítséget biztosítani számára, hogy a felépülése a legteljesebb lehessen. Ezért magán gyógytornászhoz visszük, aminek következtében kezd visszatérni érzékelése és mozgása. Ez azonban rettenetesen drága, ezért van szükségünk a segítségetekre.

<div>Az ideggyógyász és a gyógytornász szakértők szerint mihamarabb be kellene szereznünk egy speciális izomstimuláló gépet, és hetente minimum 6 alkalommal vinni gyógytornára és lehetőség szerint úszásra is.
</div>
