Mature student needs help to study nursing
Jennifer Callender has been working so hard to achieve her dream of becoming a nurse, specialising in treating the terminally ill.
In September 2018 when her youngest child went into full-time education she set about achieving that dream. Every spare penny she had she used to undertake online courses so she would be able to study at the prestigious London Southbank University.
On April 17th 2019 she attended an interview at LSBU and sailed through it. Thursday 25th April she was offered a conditional offer. Part of the conditional offer is that she has at least a level 4 qualification in Mathematics.
To do this she needs to pay for another course and exam which costs £350. This will not be possible with 3 children and the current courses that she is currently paying for.
