<div>The last 12 months have been the hardest of my life. I’ve faced struggles I never expected, and like many men, I found it difficult to talk about how I was really feeling. Andy’s Man Club exists to remind men that it’s okay to talk, to ask for help, and to not face things alone — and that message genuinely saves lives.

<div>By running the Great North Run, I want to give something back to a charity that stands for openness, support, and breaking the stigma around men’s mental health. Every donation, no matter how small, helps Andy’s Man Club continue providing free support groups and safe spaces for men who need them.
