Matty To DC for Youth Conference

Hello all my loved ones near and far,

Our daughter Matty was selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum in Washington, DC for the Law and Crime Scene Investigation program. We could not be prouder and are looking forward to her being able to capitalize on this incredible opportunity but it is an expense that we need to be working hard to fulfill in a short period of time. Any donation large or small will help us and we are beyond grateful for whatever anyone can do to help us get her closer to this goal.

Over a period of six days this summer Matty will travel to our nations capital and receive career seminars led by law and forensic science experts, site discoveries around the capitol, visit a local courthouse and witness Supreme Court activity. They will examine a case, role play justices and lawyers, and experience all the high tech applications used in CSI.

By attending Matty will also receive a college credit from George Mason University as well, which is a very big deal to this proud mama!

Matty has shown serious interest in Law and Law Enforcement for a long time and we are all looking forward to her continuing to work hard to reach her goals and help change some lives along the way!

Donations will provide help with tuition, travel and lodging expenses for Matty, and again…we are so appreciative of all of you that have been “our village” through all of our lives.
