120,000 men, women and children await lifesaving organ transplants. Last year, 6,000 people donated their own healthy organs. That's 6,000 mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters who put their lives on hold and at risk, to save someone they may or may not know.

This is for one of those people. This is for a soon-to-be wife, a mother of two, a daughter. A woman who is selfless, and courageous, and who is prepared to put her life on hold to save a man's life. A man who's life that will now go on and continue to impact his family and loved ones as profoundly as ever.

This is for her family, who gave their love, blessing, and support, and allowed her to gift a man with a kidney and the chance at a long and normal life.

This is for Jordan, her daughter. Liam, her son. Chris, her fiance.
