Matt's Memorial Scholarship Fund

On July 31 2017, Matthew S. Godson passed away after a quick battle with gliomatosis cerebri, an extremely rare brain cancer at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. He was one day shy of his 45th birthday.

I created this page to honor a giant of a human being, somone who I always loved as a brother, the smartest guy in the room, a tremendously dear friend, a business partner (in every sense of the word), an amazing father, husband and overall human being.

Born in London, Matt came to the U.S. in 2000 and quickly distinguished himself as one of the most intelligent marketing and analytical minds of his industry.  Beloved by many, Matt touched the lives of countless individuals and always knew how to light up a room. A savvy executive, communicator and compassionate leader, Matt's professional impact was only matched by his personal one. Everyone who Matt met was better because of it.

This page is created to honor his memory and support his wife, Emily and their boys as they navigate a very different looking world than the one they often dreamed of. 

Money raised will go directly to support the education of his two children, Charlie (7) and Giles (4).
