Matt's Donation Fund

As you may already know, the world has lost a beautiful soul recently - our dear friend and loved one Matthew "Shrekles" Thierer. Matt was a kind and gentle person, who always had others' well being at heart. For those who spent time with him, the good memories of fun times with him will be countless. Growing up in Pittsford, New York, one of Matt's favorite things to do was to take hikes in Powder Mills Park. Several of his close friends have decided to commemorate his life with a memorial bench and adopted tree, both in Powder Mills Park. We are also having a picnic/candlelight vigil for him at Wadhams Lodge located in the park (this will be held on Sept. 1st, from 2pm- 8pm). The costs for these memorials are expected to be in the neighborhood of $2,500. While we will be implementing these memorials regardless of donation, anything will help to recoup some of the expenses. All excess donations will be given to Lollypop Farm Humane Society of Greater Rochester. Thank you kindly.
