Matt Ruch Survival Fund

This is a fund started by Matt's duaghters. There was a tragic accident on sunday February eighth. My 54 year old father and sister were struck head on by a drunk drive and though my sister has insurance my father does not. Matt has multiple catastrophic injuries. the impact crushed his chest and due to three broken ribs he has a punctured lung. His liver was crushed on impact and caused severe internal bleeding. The doctors have used the word ''shattered'' to discribe his legs. He has had three surgeries in the first thirty six hours since the crash and will need many more including one on his broken arm. My dad did physical labor for a living and due to his injuries may never return to work.
The hospital bills are rising and will continue to rise due to multiple chronic injuries.
My dad has been staying with friends while he is in the proccess of making his small log cabin habitable for him to live in year round. He was doing all the work himself. The cabin will need to be compleed and motified for wheel chair access and anything else he may need to navigate in his home.
My dad is a dedicated, hard working christian and helped out closely with the church and its patrons. He is always willing to give the shirt off his back to nieghbor, friend or stranger. He now needs your support every little bit will held and be greatly appreciated.
