As many of you know, Matt was diagnosed with leukemia on May 5, 2017.
For the past few months, he has been receiving treatment at Froedtert hospital in Milwaukee and is awaiting a bone marrow transplant. (Thankfully there are two viable donors.) When he's healthy enough, he's able to rest and recover at home with his wife, Athena, and two sons, Apollo (6 years) and Alex (4 years).
Matt and Athena are overwhelmed with the love and support they've received from family, friends, colleagues, and sometimes even, perfect strangers.
People are sending notes of encouragement, delivering meals, and helping out at their house. Every bit helps.
Due to popular demand, we're setting up an account where you can donate money to Matt and his family. This money will go directly to Matt and Athena and will be used by them to help with the expenses of having a major illness.
Thank you in advance for all your love and generosity.
