Matthew T. Genevieve Memorial Scholarship

Matt was a loving and caring brother, son, uncle and boyfriend. He was a United States Marine and an MRI technologist. There is no one you could meet in life who had a bigger heart for those he loved and felt compassion for. Matt would always speak out to protect his loved ones. However his biggest struggle in life was one he did not speak out against. The disease of addiction is horrible and has affected everyone in america in one form or another today. This scholarship fund is to help provide awareness, understanding, and to provide treatment for someone who is seeking help from this horrible disease. In lieu of flowers our family is receiving donations to support this cause so that one person and family potentially does not have to suffer a tragic loss.
