Matthew Rozell Medical Fund

I am Auntie Marcia.  On July 12, 2017, my nephew Matthew Rozell had a massive heart attack.  He arrested and had to be brought back...he aspirated into his lung which then caused a serious pneumonia infection.  He had a cardiac catherization, and when the hospital requested I sign consent, the cardiologist said this to me, “You do know he is most likely not going to survive this”.  He survived, when they wheeled him out of the operating room his entire head was purple…in ICU, six nurses and doctors worked on him the entire night trying everything thing they knew how to do to keep him alive.  He was on maximum life support.

Matt is still in need of a pacemaker, will need to be on heart medication for life now.  Until the infection is cleared they are not able to perform any additional surgery or procedures.  He remains in the Glens Falls Hospital.  His parents flew in from their home in Florida and his two sisters from Massachusetts; and as you know, Matthew lives in Florida and was visiting me here in NY for a family reunion over the weekend of July 8th.  Matthew does not have health insurance and has a long recovery ahead of him.

It is a miracle he is alive and he needs our help…Many of us love Matthew deeply, not only his family, but his hundreds of friends from around the world.  I humbly ask that if you could help Matt now financially it would be greatly appreciated.
