Friends and Die-hard Music Fans ~

Some gutless piece of filth has robbed one of the most originally talented, humble, generous and just plain nicest artists I have ever had the honor of calling my friend of his life-blood...his workhorse Guild GAD-30 acoustic guitar.

I'm starting this campaign without his knowledge because Matt would never think to ask anyone for help even though he'd be the first to come forward for anyone who needed him.

There truly isn't an artist more worthy of help in this situation, Matt is the definition of singer/songwriter and if I had the funds to just outright buy him a new guitar I would be on my way to his house to deliver it as I type this.  Now he's being forced to try to sell a '77 Martin D-28 (which has sentimental value far above money) in order to pay for some jerk's cowardice.

So, $6000, that's enough to buy this man:

- A beautiful acoustic guitar to go with his beautiful soul
- Replacement on the van window the thief broke
- Maybe some insurance on this new guitar and other valuables that traveling musicians put at risk everyday on the road.

Really isn't much as a group is it?

Can we band together to help this true artist and good man continue to string together beautiful phrases and emotionally impactful melodies?
