Matthaeu's Oral Surgery Fund

Matthaeu Dorman is my step son of 13 years and is 17 years old. His mom passed away on August 19, 2013 and I have had permanent legal guardianship of him.
He lost his Tenncare coverage at the end of 2016 because they sent his renewal package to the wrong address. By the time I discovered this, it was expiring. I obtained a renewal package, which took a month to get to me, filled it all out and faxed it in only to have to wait two to three more months for a rejection. So Matt has no insurance now. It's a catch-22 situation.
Matt fractured his jaw on the lower left corner by falling when he was away from the house about two weeks ago. He says he hit the side of his face against a metal guard rail and concrete. I have spent $800 the past week and haven taken him to his regular dentist as well as to an oral surgeon that we were referred to by the dentist. The oral surgeon did more xrays and a CAT scan to determine what needs to be done.
The oral surgeon needs $3300 to fix Matt's jaw. He doesn't need plates and screws because it is in alignment, but he is not supposed to be chewing and the oral surgeon wants to do the procedure ASAP. It can be done in house at the oral surgeon's office in Oak Ridge. It is supposed to be done this Monday, but I am going to have to cancel it until I can come up with the funds to do this. Basically, he wants to do something akin to a cast for his jaw involving pins and wire his mouth shut for six to eight weeks.
Once this is done, and Matt's jaw is healed, he will need his wisdom teeth and an extra tooth he has in the front extracted. The goal of this gofundme is just for the jaw surgery though.
I have been stressing about this because I don't have the funds and no realistic way of obtaining them any time soon despite the time sensitiveness of his jaw fracture. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
