Hello everyone and welcome to my GoFundMe page!
In 2014 I started my year long journey serving as Chef for missionaries and students in the UK at the Lifehope Training Centre. While I was cooking there I learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of in the kitchen as I was stretched beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. And I learned that this role as chef for missions could well end up being a lifetime of learning, growing and serving God's people.
But now this journey is taking me around the world. Starting in January 2016 I went out to join the Logos Hope as their chief cook. This ship is run by operation mobilization and is home to more than 400 crew from over 60 nations. But all of us have one goal and that is to "bring knowledge, help and hope to the people of the world."
As this work is not for profit all of my costs of living are covered by monthly donations. However the gifts through GoFundMe cover some costs not covered through that monthly support. These include a medical bill, visa fees, travel expenses and some supplies. Every dollar does helps and I would greatly appreciate your generous gift!
