Matt and Lauren Relief Fund

On December 9, 2019, Matt and Lauren Urey suffered severe injuries as a result of the volcanic eruption on White Island in New Zealand.  The couple was visiting the island as part of an excursion on a cruise.  Matt and Lauren were married on October 18, 2019 and this cruise was part of their honeymoon.  For more information about the eruption, please read this article from the Washington Examiner.

Matt and Lauren are both currently receiving medical treatment in New Zealand.  This campaign is being put together by a group of their friends that feel completely helpless in this situation, and we want to do what we can in order to ease the burden of their recovery.  Any money raised from this campaign will be given directly to Matt and Lauren in order to cover expenses resulting from this disaster for themselves and their family.
