Matt & Judy Edwards for Cancer Treatments

First and foremost I want to thank everyone for their prayers and please keep them coming. 

 

Our brother Matt,  recently has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (Non-Hodgkins)cancer.  This type of lymphoma is a high grade, aggressive fast spreading cancer.  He just finished his first week cycle of chemo treatments at MD Anderson in Houston.  The plan is to continue the additional 5 treatment cycles in Fort Worth so Matt can be home with family.  The treatments are 5 days and consists  of 4-24 hour IV drip process along with a lumbar puncture with chemo injections.  A total of 6 cycles are needed, one cycle a month.  Radiation will be determined later into the treatment plan.

 This has come as a sudden unexpected surprise to all of us and the medical bills have just begun.  His family continues to work hard to ensure his Company and customers are taken care of.   His wife has been keeping us updated, trying to keep his spirits up and having to manage her home/work while our brother has had many, many appointments and procedures.
