My name is Mathilde and I am a 22 yo Dressage Rider from Montreal, QC.
I have been riding horses since my early age and representing my country in an International competition is one of my biggest dreams. I started riding in smaller International competition at age 14 and haven't stopped since
My ultimate goal is to represent Canada at the Olympics and at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Bromont, Quebec.
As a young rider I have been very successful. I've won several medals, championships and national titles.
This year, I hope to qualify for the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto with two horses. I’ve been training really hard for this upcoming season held in Wellington, Florida.
My parents have supported me from the very start and now, I have to become financially independent. I need your help to take that next step.
I have had the chance to train in Florida for the past 4 years and it has helped me immensely in the development of my career. But it is also very expensive. Campaigning for competitions like Pan American Games or the Olympics is very costly and equestrian sports are probably the worst. Luckily for me, I have the chance of owning very good horses and the money that I will raise will help pay for my training and my entries for the horse shows.
So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.
