We regret to announce the death of Emily Chepngetich Rotich, dear wife to Simon Rotich of Kericho,Kenya, beloved mother to Geoffrey Ngetich(Jeff) of Nairobi,Kenya, Lawrence Rotich Ngetich (Lawi) of Desoto Texas,Charles Ngetich(Chali) of Nairobi Kenya.Mother in law to Maggie (Jeff) ,Regina (Lawi) and Carol(Chali).Grandma to Steph,Sheena and Samara
Mrs Rotich passed away on Thursday November 7 at 2 am in the morning at home in kericho.On the previous day she had welcomed visitors and cooked dinner for guest and slept late as usual - as she will always have late evening chit chats,at around 2 am she started having difficulty in breathing as she was being taken to the hospital the lord took her. Mathe as she was commonly referred to led a happy church cell group in Nakuru for more than a decade before the family moved to Kericho in 2006.Back home in kericho she founded the Kabartegan happy church in ngoina road which is almost completion
She was a peoples person,a go getter and a very prayerful mother. She was also at some point in time the chairperson for the womens group in Nakuru happy church.
In honor of Mum, her family, friends and well wishers have set up this fund in order to assist in meeting her funeral expenses and travel expenses for family members who will be traveling from the USA to attend the burial.
We thank God for every kind word, every hug and every phone call. Through it all, we thank God for the years that we were privileged to share with Mrs Emily Rotich.
Her legacy will forever live on.
She has gone to a better place.Our loss is her gain.
