Hello,
My name is Mateo and I am five years old. I am writing to you because I need your help. I am writing because I am unable to tell you about myself, despite the desire to.
I suffer from multilevel speech disorders which include difficulties expressing myself, speech defects related to articulation, phonation and tone of voice. Moreover, I have breathing problems, excessive salivation, bruxism and spasticity.
This makes it difficult to understand what I want to convey to the point that my own mother sometimes cannot understand me, alongside my friends and family.
There is no clear explanation and specific cause for all of these problems, and unfortunately the only chance to improve my condition is through participation in expensive rehabilitation processes, for comprehensive neurophysiological therapy, conducted by multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, oligphrenopedagogists, psychotherapists and audiologists. My family is unable to pay for this therapy, therefore I am kindly asking for support as every day without this critical care stifles my progress and the chances of leading a normal life.
Even the smallest financial support gives me the hope that I will be able to communicate, live and learn normally. That’s what I want most in the world. Thank you in advance for you time, care and support.

Piszę, ponieważ nie jestem w stanie Wam o sobie opowiedzieć, choć bardzo chciałbym, niestety nie potrafię i nie mogę - uwierzcie.
Cierpię na wielopoziomowe zaburzenia mowy, które obejmują trudności w wysławianiu się, wady wymowy, używanie niewłaściwych słów, przestawianiem i zastępowaniem głosek, a więc związane z artykulacją, fonacją, tonem głosu, płynnością itd. Niestety to nie koniec moich problemów, bo mam również problemy z oddychaniem, nadmierne ślinienie, bruksizm i spastyczność. Dla wszystkich tych problemów nie ma klarownego wyjaśnienia i konkretnej przyczyny. Jak możecie się domyślać utrudnia to zrozumienie tego co chcę przekazać do tego stopnia, iż czasem nawet mama nie jest w stanie mnie zrozumieć, nie mówiąc już o kolegach i koleżankach.
W tej chwili jedyną szansą na poprawę mojego stanu jest uczestnictwo w kosztownym procesie rehabilitacyjnym w celu kompleksowej terapii neuromotorycznej prowadzonej przez lekarzy, fizjoterapeutów, oligofrenopedagogów, psychoterapeutów rehabilitantów I audiologów. Moich rodziców nie jest stać na sfinansowanie tej terapii, dlatego bardzo serdecznie wszystkich proszę o pomoc bo każdy kolejny dzień bez pomocy multidyscyplinarnego zespołu specjalistów oddala mnie od szansy na postępy.
Nawet najmniejsza wpłata da mi nadzieję na to bym mógł komunikować się, żyć i uczyć się normalnie, a tego pragnę najbardziej na świecie! Dziękuję z góry za Twój czas, dobre serce i udzieloną pomoc !
