Material for COVID-19 Face Shield

I have two 3D printers and a laser cutter in my design studio which I am putting into service to print parts for face shields that will be used by hospital staff in Letterkenny University Hospital in Donegal, Ireland.
I have a small bit of material in stock, enough to make around 20 face shields (the Prusa RC3 design pictured above), I have the machines and I have the time, but need help to purchase more PLA filament. Like many others, my own income has been severely effected by the pandemic, so while I am happy to donate my time and expertise, I don't have the funds to keep a stock of material for the duration of this emergency.
If you can afford even a small amount it will make a difference. The material I use for my machines costs €25 for a kilo, which is equivalent to approx 16 shields. If I run my machines around the clock, I will need to refill the material every four days.
I am one of dozens of people based in Donegal with access to 3D printers doing the same thing, based on the initiative of Garry Gorman who started the call out.
[edit] I've raised more than enough funds to keep my 3D printers going for 3 weeks, and am purchasing a lot more to disperse to the rest of the group where needed so they can keep going. We're looking into the feasibility of a laser cut design which would greatly increase the number of visors we can make per day, so future funds will go towards costs associated with this process.
