In Memory of Jerry Dean Lewis, 63, of Knoxville, TN whose special needs grandson, Mason, was the light of his life. Thank you for remembering Jerry by helping Mason Wade Lewis.
Mason was born Dec 13, 2001 and was an immediate hit with his Poppie, Jerry Lewis, of Knoxville, TN . Jerry's love for Mason never wavered and when it was determined that Mason had Autism at age 5, Jerry stood by ready to help at anytime then in Sept 2009 Jerry had a paralyzing stroke but Mason was still his best love. Jerry wanted to always be able to supply Mason with everything he needed to help him through life.
Jerry passed away from complications on March 18, 2018 at 10:40pm. Please help us honor his life by helping his special needs grandson be able to have a quality life
We are asking in lieu of flowers as a true tribute to Jerry to give to Mason's Autism Fund. Everything given will be put toward Masons needs and education.
