Mason Kitchin, Minneola Garden, Eagle Project BSA

This Eagle Scout project is planned to take place at the Minneola Community Garden In mid to late November. On top of clearing the area around the garden, it will give the community a multitude of uses, a brand new triple bin composting system, access to all overgrown plots, mulch path between each plot and brick outline separation for each plot.

The funds will go to the purchase of materials for the new composting bin, the tools expected to clear the overgrown plots and re till the soil, the food and water to fuel the volunteers and the dumpster expected to hold the picked up debris.
