Mason Glueckert Seattle Childrens Hosp stay

We are reaching out to all who are willing because we are raising money for the Glueckert family to help remove some of the financial burden from them so they can focus on loving and supporting their son Mason during his medical treatment at Seattle’s Children’s Hospital.

In December, Thayer and Christine received news that every parent dreads. Their loving, amazing 7-year-old son, Mason, may have a brain tumor.  In early January, their worse fear was confirmed…. Mason does in fact have a brain tumor.  He recently underwent treatment in Spokane but they have been referred to the Children’s Hospital in Seattle.  There is a potential the treatment in Seattle may last for approximately 6 weeks. 

Although their medical costs are likely to be covered, there will be many costs associated with their stay in Seattle.  Unfortunately, Thayer will have to miss work and currently does not receive the benefits such as sick leave or vacation.  Not only will they have added expenses while in Seattle such as housing, meals, and transportation, but they will also be relying on one income to cover their existing obligations here in Helena.  This is a young family that is truly in need of our love and support.

 Please help us raise money for this unexpected journey forced upon them and remove some of the financial burden from their shoulders so they can focus on getting Mason healthy.
